02 2. Client Responsibilities

• Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe
• Communicate project changes or requirements clearly

03 3. Payments

Payment terms, pricing, and project costs will be agreed upon before the start of a project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Additional work or changes outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges.
• Final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding payments have been received.

04 4. Revisions and Changes

The number and type of revisions included in a project will be communicated before work begins.

Requests that significantly change the original project scope may be treated as additional work and may require:

• Additional fees
• A revised timeline
• A new agreement or approval

05 5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final approved project deliverables may be transferred to the client after full payment has been received.

Sitenap Agency may retain ownership of:

• Pre-existing tools, systems, frameworks, templates, and code
• Internal processes and methodologies
• Concepts or materials not selected or approved by the client

We may display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

06 6. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party services, platforms, software, hosting providers, APIs, or other tools.

Sitenap Agency is not responsible for:

• Changes made by third-party providers
• Third-party service outages or interruptions
• Changes in third-party pricing or policies
• The availability or performance of third-party platforms

Any third-party fees may be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

07 7. Project Timelines

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.

However, project timelines may be affected by:

• Delays in receiving content or feedback
• Changes to the project scope
• Technical issues
• Third-party service interruptions
• Events outside our reasonable control

Sitenap Agency will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

08 8. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may cancel or terminate a project according to the terms agreed for that project.

If a client cancels a project after work has started:

• Payments already made may be non-refundable for work already completed.
• The client may be responsible for payment for completed work and approved expenses.
• Any additional terms regarding cancellation will be communicated in the project agreement or proposal.

Sitenap Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client fails to make required payments, engages in abusive behavior, or uses our services for unlawful purposes.

09 9. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we aim to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, ranking, traffic, sales, or other performance results unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Results may depend on factors outside our control.

10 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sitenap Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for a claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow such limitations.

• Infringe the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Distribute harmful or malicious content
